A Review of Building Carbon Emission Accounting and Prediction Models

چکیده
As an industry that consumes a quarter of social energy and emits third greenhouse gases, the construction has important responsibility to achieve carbon peaking neutrality. Based on Web Science, Science-Direct, CNKI, accounting prediction models emissions from buildings are reviewed. The emission factor method, mass balance actual measurement method analyzed. top-down bottom-up their subdivision introduced Individual building assessments generally adopt physical model, while urban economic input-output model. Most current studies follow path “exploring influencing factors then putting forward based factors”. driving mainly use Stochastic Impacts by Regression Population, Affluence, Technology (STIRPAT) Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index (LMDI) grey correlation degree other models. model is realized regression system dynamics mathematical models, as well Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Support Vector Machine (SVM) machine learning At present, research individual focuses operational consumption, for stages should become focus in future research.

Accounting Treatment for Carbon Emission Rights
In light of the growing demand for sustainable behavior and the special interest that has emerged regarding the social and environmental impact of firms, the purpose of this research is to analyze the determinants of the accounting treatment of emission rights. To achieve that purpose, we use a sample composed of 119 firms worldwide from different countries and activity sectors for the period 2...
متن کاملGreenhouse Gas Emission Accounting and Management of Low-Carbon Community
As the major source of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission, cities have been under tremendous pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction for decades. Community is the main unit of urban housing, public facilities, transportation, and other properties of city's land use. The construction of low-carbon community is an important pathway to realize carbon emission mitigation in the context of...
متن کاملBuilding Models of Prediction Theories
This paper is concerned with the implementation of Prediction Theories. Rather than developing an then attempting to implement a proof theory, it aims instead to implement their model theory by building computational counterparts of their relevant models. Prediction Theories are outlined and a working example is given. The basic model-building algorithm is then presented and its completeness an...

abstract this study investigated the predictability of variables from a motivational framework as well as individuals qualities to predict three non-linguistic outcomes of language learning. gardners socio-educational model with its measures has been used in the current study. individual qualities presented in this study include (1) age, (2) gender, and (3) language learning experience. the...
Accounting for the climate–carbon feedback in emission metrics
Most emission metrics have previously been inconsistently estimated by including the climate– carbon feedback for the reference gas (i.e. CO2) but not the other species (e.g. CH4). In the fifth assessment report of the IPCC, a first attempt was made to consistently account for the climate–carbon feedback in emission metrics. This attempt was based on only one study, and therefore the IPCC concl...
